I made a phone call on Thursday evening. The receptionist was very businesslike, and the only words I heard were "Westview Medical Centre," "date of birth," and "name." Finally, she did explain in a sentence how to receive the medication.

There were no responses like "yes" or "of course" to my inquiries. It felt very cold, and I felt like I wasn't being treated as a person, which made me sad.

It's probably my fault for calling on Thursday evening and giving her one more task before she left. I recommend calling in the morning.

Good surgery and doctors but wait times for appointment are silly now. 1 week to get an appointment, used to be same day.

We love Westview. Always willing to go the extra mile when I need my daughter seen. Their nurses are amazing. Highly recommend +++

My father-in-law visited for a work capacity medical certificate, because he could no longer see clearly due to his glaucoma. He’s lived with glaucoma for a long time with keeping his full time job but now in his 60’s and took a near miss at work to finally decide to stop working for his safety. A specialist also recommended that he is unfit to work, but the GP at this clinic seems to know more and since she was recommending him for upskilling to WINZ? Her comment was very ignorant and clearly lacks of empathy to someone who regularly bump and trip on himself. We definitely don’t recommend this clinic.

Went to book in my daughter for 2nd vaccine only to find out they dont do 9yr olds then was directed to pharmacy in Glen Eden. So booked her in for flu vaccine, their earliest appt was the following week. We came in that day and they then tried to charge me $15 (i have a community services card and have been with this medical centre since it opened). The vaccine is free! Also the pharmacy we were sent to only vaccines over 12yr olds!

Feels like a factory - impersonal, cold, disinterested
