Description

Fale Pasifika Women's Refuge supports all women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. 

We provide free and confidential services within Fale Pasifika Women's Refuge:

  • 24/7 Crisis Line Our 24hr crisis line service operates 7 days a week incl public holidays. 
  • Safe House - We offer safe and confidential residential housing in response to immediate high-risk women and children experiencing family violence.
  • Whānau Protect This service provides victims of domestic/family violence with security alarms within their homes. This service is attached to the police to respond immediately. 
  • Community Service Our service also expands to Pasifika families within the Auckland community who are in need of advocacy support.
  • Transitional Housing - Transitional housing service offers temporary housing to all families (regardless of ethnicities) experiencing homelessness. To access this service you must be referred by MSD.
  • Kokiri Nga Rito - Children's Pilot Programme This service is specific to children entering safe-house residential. This provides an opportunity for all children experiencing family violence to have their voices be heard as well as an opportunity to unpack their journeys safely.
