Referral
To access Aspire Community Support services, you need to obtain a referral from the NASC Disability Support Link. NASC (Needs Assessment and Service Coordination) Disability Support Link acts as the gateway to our services, ensuring that individuals are matched with the appropriate support based on their needs.
Here's how it works:
- Referral Process: Contact the NASC Disability Support Link to discuss your support needs. They will meet with you to determine the appropriate services and level of support required.
- Interview: NASC considers your individual needs and circumstances to ensure that the services provided are tailored to your specific goals and requirements.
