Iosis offers a range of free programmes that teach parents and family members new behaviours that will strengthen their family life. Family Resilience Programme: 10 week group programme covering a collection of topics aimed at giving families useful tools for relationships and daily life. Getting a Grip on Communication: 8 week group programme for people who want to learn how to resolve conflicts peacefully and develop supportive relationships. Merivale Residential Programme: Merivale Whanau Development Centre is a residential parenting programme for mothers who have been impacted by neglect and abuse. During their time at Merivale, parents are educated and supported to learn new behaviours and parenting skills that will transform their family life. Kids Feeling Safe Programme: for sibling groups of children who have witnessed family violence and where one parent has a Protection Order. Stopping violence services

MenD (one-on-one men's development programme) is a free programme, addressing issues of family violence, difficulties with stress, relationships, addictions and offending behaviours. MenD also incorporates Maori concepts such as Nga Tapa Wha Well-Being Model and whakatauki (proverbs).
