Our clinic is integrated within the Kohi Fitness and Physio facility. It is an invaluable rehabilitation tool for our Physiotherapists to be able to provide a targeted and functional exercise plan to help you achieve your goals.

The Gym is open to the public and every new member will receive an exercise plan from a Physiotherapist.

Integrated Care Pathway – Musculoskeletal (ICP - MSK)

The Integrated Care Pathway is ACC’s innovative way of managing people with injuries that require coordinated rehabilitation services. Habit Health provides the platform for the care team (physios, specialists, return-to-work therapists and health navigators) to see patients under this contract and coordinate all the moving parts.
