Community Health Service

Today

Description

Through awareness, education and support, our mission is to help improve the quality of life for those affected by dementia - not only diagnosed individuals, but also their families/whānau, carers and support networks.

By providing education, advocacy and access to information that promotes wellness, increases independence and provides reassurance - we want to inspire a dementia-friendly society, where everyone feels supported and prepared for the journey ahead.

We believe that with the most up-to-date support programmes, improved environments, and connections to the community, people affected by dementia can continue to live an enriching and enjoyable life.

Our team of NZ Registered Health Professionals are available to support you on your dementia journey.
