We would love to help you enjoy your pregnancy and maintain your wellbeing throughout motherhood.
The concept of PlusOne Wellbeing was developed after seeing women struggle with pregnancy-related injuries in our regular practice. We felt we could provide a much-needed service tailored to support women through the physical challenges of pregnancy, helping them to stay active, relaxed and pain-free.

While pain during pregnancy may be common, it should not be dismissed as ‘normal’. Our team can offer you the expert assessment, treatment and advice you need.

Being a mum is a demanding job. We will give you the tools to self manage so you can put more energy into yourself and your family.

The PlusOne Wellbeing team are all mums and we understand the unique demands that pregnancy and motherhood place on your body. We are committed to continued education and frequently attend courses on women’s health, both in New Zealand and overseas. We work closely with other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your pregnancy and beyond.
