Description

Foot Mechanics have been seeing customers for over 25 years and our podiatrists have many years' experience diagnosing and treating customers with lower limb and foot pain.

If you experience pain or discomfort in your feet or lower limbs we can carry out a Lower Limb Musculoskeletal Assessment that can determine the underlying cause of your pain. Our podiatrists can then provide you with a treatment plan which may include orthotics, Pulse Wave Therapy, an exercise programme and shoe recommendation.

If you have any problems with toenails or any skin concerns, our podiatrists are qualified and experienced in treating and removing ingrown toenails, and treating other conditions such as corns, calluses and cracked heels.

We also provide preventative foot health advice with an emphasis on maintaining healthy feet to prevent future problems.

Conditions treated include:

  • Heel Pain
  • Ingrown Toenails
  • Corns & Callus
  • Plantar Warts or Verrucae
  • Fungal Toenails

What is a Podiatrist?
A Podiatrist is an allied medical professional who takes care of your feet, ankles, and lower legs. They’re not doctors but specialists for your feet and can help with various foot-related issues, such as treating injuries, any toenail and skins problems, diagnosing and managing foot conditions and prescribing orthotics (3D printed) if clinically appropriate.
