Habit Health Fred Thomas is located in the Fred Thomas Drive Medical Centre and provides physiotherapy services, hand therapy, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, pregnancy & post-pregnancy rehabilitation, vocational services, and pain management services. We share our clinic space with a local podiatrist and work collaboratively with them and our local GP’s on site to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

The Integrated Care Pathway is ACC’s innovative way of managing people with injuries that require coordinated rehabilitation services. Habit Health provides the platform for the care team (physios, specialists, return-to-work therapists and health navigators) to see patients under this contract and coordinate all the moving parts.
