Kent, our audiologist, graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2020 before joining our team in early 2024. With his refreshing “no sales” philosophy, Kent focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience rather than hitting sales targets—a commitment he’s stayed true to throughout his career. “I became an audiologist because I wanted to help people, but joining the industry was a rude awakening. I was confronted with the reality that the organisations I worked for were putting profits before people. I was so disillusioned with the situation that I considered leaving audiology entirely. Fortunately for me, Resonate Health appeared on the horizon with a transparent and fair business model. I love the simplicity of what we do, removing cost and technology barriers to help people hear better.”

Hearing Aids (Unlimited Subscription): $90/month — no lock-in contract. Includes device, servicing, and upgrades every 3 years.

Ear360 Hearing Health Check: $99

ClearEars Ear Wax Removal: $79

Additional Services: Contact us for pricing on other services such as medical hearing tests.
