Active Osteopathy can identify the underlying issues causing you pain and put an action plan in place to help relieve your symptoms.
Our Osteopaths and Acupuncturists can specifically tailor treatment to your individual age and lifestyle. We can provide treatment, prevention and management to injuries and pain of the spine, joints, ligaments and muscles.

What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine that promotes healing by focusing on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit.
Treatment techniques include stretching and massage for general treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) along with mobilisation and manipulation of specific joints and soft tissues using direct or indirect techniques. Learn more here.

Principal Osteopath: Cushla Geck
Cushla has a Master of Osteopathy and Postgraduate Certificate in Western Medical Acupuncture, and eight years of experience as a physical rehabilitation specialist.
