Movement Mechanics is an osteopathic clinic, offering Osteopathy, Shockwave therapy, High-power Laser Therapy, and HumanTrak movement analysis. Our osteopaths are also trained in Western medical acupuncture.
We are passionate about helping people move better and become pain-free by enhancing the body's inherent healing ability through hands-on treatment. We focus on identifying the root cause of the issue rather than solely treating the symptoms. Clinic director and Principal Osteopath Jonathan Hall is also the Key Opinion Leader for EMS DolorClast, the industry leader in Shockwave Therapy.

Jonathan specialises in Shockwave Therapy, High-power Laser Therapy and holds postgraduate qualifications in Western Medical Acupuncture, Child and Adolescent Health, and a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.
