Alicia is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, concussion management and holistic recovery.

Qualified in Ireland, Alicia moved to Christchurch in 2016 and has been working on the sideline with sports teams and in private practice since. She has worked with all levels of athletes from social to club, school and university, semi-professional and professional athletes across a range of sports around New Zealand. Alicia is also a trained Pilates instructor MAT and Equipment.

Alicia has worked with hypermobility and participants in the Creative Arts regularly. Keen on injury prevention, strengthening and conditioning is important for all levels of sport and activity for all ages. She has trained in concussion management and also works with Temporomandibular Dysfunction.
