Amy holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology and has worked with top-level rugby teams during her training, including the All Blacks, Auckland Blues and North Shore Rugby Club’s premier reserve team.

She has also been a professional peer mentor to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury/concussion.
She strongly believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to ensure her clients return to the activities they love.

Amy comes from the South Island of New Zealand and has spent the last seven years working between Queenstown, Japan, Austria and Switzerland as a ski instructor in the winter months. She became inspired to pursue physiotherapy from her own sporting and ski injuries and wants to help others to get back to the great outdoors!
