After completing her studies at Stellenbosch University in South Africa, Jatan has been working in rural, private, sports and community settings.

Throughout South Africa, she developed extensive experience within the hospital setting and her clinical skills in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Neurology, Respiratory Physiotherapy and Neonate intensive care. During these years, she also worked within the medico-legal field doing physiotherapy assessments.

She moved to New Zealand in January 2022 to enhance her experience in the physiotherapy field. Since arriving, she has been working in the private practice clinics branching into sports and orthopaedic care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Jatan is Pelvic Health Physiotherapist credentialled by Dr Melissa Davidson. She can assist in Women’s’ health, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Pelvic floor muscle weakness, Bladde and Bowel issues, Pelvic organ prolapse, Pelvic pain – female, Urinary incontinence, Faecal incontinence, Genital pain, Sexual issues, Vaginal Examination, Rectal Examination and many more.

Additionally, she is fluent in English, Afrikaans, Gujrati and Hindi.
