Niamh, originally from the vibrant city of Galway, Ireland, found her calling in physiotherapy, fuelled by a passion for movement and holistic well-being. With a BSC in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, she embarked on a journey to New Zealand in January 2022, drawn by its breathtaking landscapes and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. A lover of hiking, running, and Gaelic football, Niamh’s enthusiasm for movement extends to her professional practice. She holds certifications in reformer and mat Pilates, leveraging these skills to enhance physiotherapy rehab and lead invigorating group classes. Committed to a holistic approach, Niamh combines manual therapy techniques like dry needling, mobilizations, and trigger point release to optimize patient care. Her mission? To empower individuals to reclaim their movement and vitality, one personalized session at a time.
