Active+ Bay Roskill has had a long association with the communities of Mt Roskill and Blockhouse Bay. The practice, which began its life in the early 1980s under Mark Laslett, a well known New Zealand Physiotherapist, has been under the ownership of Zel Wilson since 2016 after working in the practice since 2014. Our experienced Physiotherapists are committed to giving effective and professional care; adopting a collaborative approach to treatment; educating and equiping clients with the tools for long term health and wellbeing; providing a welcoming energtic and fun atmosphere. We have created a family oriented space that reflects a passion for wellbeing and the cultural spirit of the people working within the clinic and the suurounding community. We are situated in Mt Roskill near Lynfield College, and conveniently close to Lynfield, Blockhouse Bay, New Windsor, New Lynn and Avondale. Easy parking on the roads nearby.

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
