Active+ Ellerslie is a vibrant, friendly, and professional rehabilitation clinic committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Our experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists work collaboratively, taking a holistic approach to ensure your rehabilitation plan is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
We provide a comprehensive range of services, including Vocational Health, Concussion Management, Pain Management, and rehabilitation support to help you regain independence following injury.
In addition to one-on-one therapy, we offer a range of Pilates, strength, and fitness classes designed to support recovery, improve function, and build long-term resilience.
Convenient off-street parking is available at the rear of the clinic.

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
