Active+ Counties Care is based in the Counties Care Accident & Emergency Centre (6-18 O'Shannessey St, Papakura) alongside Radiologists, Doctors, Podiatrists and Orthopaedic Specialists. Our location in the heart of Papakura township makes our clinic easily accessible to people living or working in Papakura, Drury, Manurewa, Takanini, Ardmore and Clevedon.

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
