Description

Active+ Warkworth is based in the Warkworth Health Centre, conveniently situatied for clients from the wider Warkworth region. We are a modern and spacious clinic with an onsite gym space where we regularly hold pilates classes. All of our Therapists offer holistic, friendly, and individualised assessment and treatment that meets your specific needs.

Active+ Warkworth are proud sponsors of Mahurangi Rugby Club, Kaipara Flats Tennis Club, and Kaipara Flats Netball.

ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal (ICP MSK)

Active+ is delivering the ACC Integrated Care Pathway Musculoskeletal contract in many regions across New Zealand. It is a fully funded programme designed for clients with injuries likely to require surgical review or intervention in three main body sites: knee, shoulder and lumbar spine. Integrated care pathways are designed for the clients to be able to access connected and streamlined care under a fully funded model. It utilises a multidisciplinary care approach putting the patient at the centre of their recovery.
