Description

We are an interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, a hand therapist, vocational consultants and speech language therapists. We have regular visiting doctors and specialists to provide concussion and pain management clinics, neuropsychological screening and rehabilitation, and paediatric services. We’re also pleased to be able to offer our clients the services of our valued partners who cover our wide geographical reach. Our occupational health nurse also works in the Cromwell and Wanaka regions based from this site.

Integrated Care Pathway – Musculoskeletal (ICP - MSK)

The Integrated Care Pathway is ACC’s innovative way of managing people with injuries that require coordinated rehabilitation services. Habit Health provides the platform for the care team (physios, specialists, return-to-work therapists and health navigators) to see patients under this contract and coordinate all the moving parts.
