Description
Habit Health Lake Road is located by the Medplus Medical Centre. We provide physiotherapy services, sports rehabilitation, vocational services, pain management services, concussion assessment & rehabilitation, and Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy. We strive for excellence across our services and work collaboratively with our local GP's and radiographers on site to ensure optimal care for our clients.
