Located at the Upper Hutt Health centre, our Habit Health Upper Hutt & Lower Hutt clinic has a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pain management specialists, vocational consultants, and clinical psychologists to support you on your journey to better health.
Our team can help you with injury management, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, customised orthotics, provide concussion services and other support. We are an ACC registered provider and can help you with your ACC claim.
