Physio8 is dedicated to providing hands on manual Physiotherapy. We believe we can achieve the best results with effective assessment, sound advice, exercise prescription and hands on manual techniques.
Physio8 uses a blend of proven western physiotherapy techniques with the holistic view of eastern medicine. We treat the whole person to achieve the best results in less time. Physio8 stands for excellence and professionalism in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We can draw on years of experience to assess, diagnose, educate, advise, treat and guide you through your injury. We use a sound framework of musculoskeletal assessment to diagnose your problem and then plan your rehabilitation. We achieve this through techniques including: soft tissue massage/myofascial release, manipulation, acupuncture, home exercise programmes, education and advice. If necessary we can refer you for X-Rays/ultrasound scans or refer you on to the appropriate health professional.
What we provide:

- help you avoid further injury by educating you about the underlying causes of your syndrome
- management of pain, both acute and chronic
- our physiotherapists have considerable experience on dealing with sportspeople and teams
