I graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 and since then have worked in private practice, working with a variety of different client presentations, including musculoskeletal, persistent pain, complex injuries and neurological.
I am passionate about holistic wellbeing and treating the ‘whole person’, and truly believe exercise and movement are medicine. I enjoy working alongside an interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to strive for the best outcomes for clients, helping them achieve their goals.
I work mainly in the Pain Management Services and Training for Independence programmes, working with clients with persistent pain or complex injuries.
Outside of work, you will find me in the outdoors, running, hiking, mountain biking and camping with my dog, friends and family.
