Profile

Bhavia completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Otago University in 2001. She then went on to complete her Masters in Orthodontics, graduating with Distinction in 2006. She began Pukekohe Orthodontics in 2009 to provide the region with specialist professional treatment and has never looked back. She has now also opened Karaka Orthodontics. 

Bhavia is currently a registered member of the NZ Association of Orthodontists, NZ Dental Council, and Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS) and Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) Edinburgh.

Much of Bhavia’s life outside of work revolves around being a mum to her 4 beautiful daughters!

Interests

Bhavia has been practicing as a specialist in Orthodontics since that time. She is passionate about giving adults and young people the best opportunity to promote an aesthetic form, as well as optimum function of the teeth and jaws.

Bhavia is currently a registered member of the NZ Orthodontic Association, NZ Dental Council, and Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) and Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) Edinburgh.
