I am an ACC-registered Romiromi and Maternal Birth Injuries Practitioner.

I also provide assisted stretching for lower back pain and whole body muscle tension. Body Alignment releasing for neck, thoracic and lumbar alignments. Sports injuries including Cold Compression Therapy and Strapping. Occupational and post-operative rehabilitation. And floor work for larger people.

Fees and Charges Description
All intending clients must have a current ACC Injury Claim to access this service. If you have this and your claim has been approved from ACC, you need to ring ACC on 0800222435 ext 12 and ask for Approval and Request Rongoa Māori Services and give ACC my Vendor Number VBD445. ACC will then email me your injury details. Once I receive that email I will contact you with an appointment date and time. If you don't have a current ACC Claim my Private hourly rate is $150.00 an hour.

It's culturally grounded care that weaves tikanga Māori, mātauranga Māori, te reo Māori, and te ao Māori through all aspects of the service. We respect that these aspects embrace ngā taonga tuku iho (intergenerational gifts and knowledge handed down from tupuna Māori). We see rongoā Māori in the wider context of traditional Māori healing methodologies. ACC don't consider healing techniques from non-Māori cultural traditions, such as reiki or hyperbaric oxygen treatment, part of rongoā Māori. Even if they're provided by rongoā Māori practitioners.
