Alexandra McCulloch - Founder/Rongoā Practitioner 

Alex is the founder and currently the sole Rongoā Practitioner at Mamaeroa. She provides holistic, culturally grounded care that supports the wellbeing of tinana, hinengaro, wairua, and whānau.

Alex handcrafts all products used within the practice, with a strong commitment to tikanga, sustainability, and ethical harvesting. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals and whānau can access traditional Māori healing in a respectful and culturally affirming environment.

Referral

Mamaeroa currently accepts referrals from ACC and InStep.

For those who have an  ACC claim and are looking to add Rongoā to their healing journey, you are able to contact ACC at 0800 101 996 or talk to your case manager and quote our vendor number, VBI172. We will then receive your referral and contact you to find a good time to book you in. 

For those who have InStep available to them, there is a process to being referred to us and your case manager needs to match you to the right assistance that is most beneficial to your case. You may request treatment with us, but we need to be the most suited to your care.

Mamaeroa takes online bookings for those who don't have a referral and want either one-off treatment or a refresher. We also have the option for a gift voucher for your loved ones, however at this time you will need to contact us at Info@mamaeroa.com to arrange this.

Hours above are when the clinic is open and reception is on-site. 
Rongoā appointments are only available during Tuesday-Thursday operating hours with 12-1pm unavailable for Lunch breaks. 

Alex is at Kōkiri Puketapu Hauora on Fridays located in Waiwhetu. To book with her on a friday, you will need to contact 0800 RAUKURA  or Hauora@atiawa.com
