Aratika Cancer Trust empowers people impacted by a cancer diagnosis through evidence-informed mātauranga (knowledge) illuminating the integrative and holistic nature of living well.
Our focus is on programmes that are complementary to conventional medicine and we welcome people impacted by cancer past or present, to attend.
Our services include:
Integrative Oncology retreats
Individual Mental Health and Cancer Coaching.
A weekly walking group, run in conjunction with the Cancer Society
Library resources
Creative art therapy programmes (in-person)
Website supporting links and cancer resources
We work closely with other cancer care providers in the area and can help to connect you with other organisations that may further support your needs, living with cancer.

A number of our services are free to access or we may ask for a koha/donation.
We also run wellbeing retreats, seminars and workshops that are partially funded, with additional charges to attend. For more information and prices, please visit our website.
