Description
Brain Tumour Support NZ is here to help you live life with a brain tumour or support someone who is living with a brain tumour. We know that when you hear the words “you have a brain tumour” you need support from people who not only understand the fear, confusion and isolation, but who can empower and resource you to overcome it.
Our range of support services are available to everybody affected by any type of brain tumour and their family and whānau. These include:
- Support Co-ordinator - here to support people newly diagnosed with a brain tumour and their care partners will with support and navigation assistance.
- Brain Boxes - care and information packages for patients and carers
- Online Support - through our brain tumour community via Facebook Patient Groups and online support groups
- Support Friends - one-on-one peer support
- Children and Families - Visit Brain Tumour Support Kidz
We also play a key role in advocacy (providing a voice for our community), raising awareness and supporting research.

We're a team of people passionate about providing networking, support and information for people affected by brain tumours New Zealand-wide.
