Today we work with Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Manatū Hauora - Ministry of Health, MSD - Disability Support and ACC among others. Our team of mobile nurses and support workers visit more than 36,000 people, wherever they are, to deliver quality health care services.

Fees and Charges Description

Your services are free if your needs are approved for government or ACC funding.

You are also able to top up your services with privately paid-for care or choose the private services that you need.

Home support

Our team of registered health professionals and trained support workers will work in partnership with you and your family to provide a flexible service that is tailored to your needs and promotes rehabilitation, enabling you to retain as much independence as possible. Dedicated to respecting mana, fostering self-determination and working in partnership, we strive for a future where all disabled people can live a better day, every day.

Our services are for short to medium term needs to help you return to being independent and for people with long term and more complex needs and we are specialists in spinal cord injury and impairment and traumatic brain injury (TBI). We understand the importance of maximising your independence, and that your injury and lifestyle mean you will have unique challenges. Our multidisciplinary care teams include nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other specialties to meet your needs. Home and community support for older people

Home and community support includes a range of services available for older people who need support to live at home. Our high quality support, provided by our team of registered health professionals and trained support workers, is tailored to meet your needs, rather than a blanket approach and helps you to live as independently as possible. You will be supported to remain at home safely and with maximum independence, while giving family members peace of mind knowing you are receiving the best support possible.

Individualised Funding is a Ministry of Health funded support service that gives eligible people the flexibility and control to manage their own funding, in a way that helps them live their life in a way that best suits you. It can be hard to understand all the information and options – that's what we are here for! We can step you through what it all means – and help you to decide what is best for you!
