How do I access this service?

Referral

To access Aspire Community Support services, you need to obtain a referral from the NASC Disability Support Link. NASC (Needs Assessment and Service Coordination) Disability Support Link acts as the gateway to our services, ensuring that individuals are matched with the appropriate support based on their needs.

Here's how it works:

  1. Referral Process: Contact the NASC Disability Support Link to discuss your support needs. They will meet with you to determine the appropriate services and level of support required.
  2. Interview: NASC considers your individual needs and circumstances to ensure that the services provided are tailored to your specific goals and requirements.
  3. Referral: Once they have information, NASC will provide a referral to Aspire Community Support if our services align with your needs.
  4. Access to Services: With the referral in hand, you can then engage with Aspire Community Support to start receiving the tailored support and assistance needed to achieve your goals.

This referral system ensures that individuals receive the most suitable and effective support based on information you have provided.

Residential services operate 24/7.

Public Holidays: Closed Good Friday (18 Apr), Easter Sunday (20 Apr), Easter Monday (21 Apr), ANZAC Day (25 Apr), King's Birthday (2 Jun), Matariki (20 Jun), Labour Day (27 Oct), Auckland Anniversary (26 Jan), Waitangi Day (6 Feb).
