1. Assessment by NASC: To access residential services, you must first undergo an assessment by the NASC Disability Support Link. This assessment evaluates your needs and determines whether residential care is the appropriate level of service for you.
2. Funding by Whāikaha: If the NASC assessment confirms that residential support is needed, Whāikaha provides the necessary funding to cover the costs of these services.
3. Accessing Services: With a referral from NASC and funding from Whāikaha, you can access Aspire’s residential services. These services are designed to provide a supportive living environment where you receive the care and assistance required to live comfortably and achieve your personal goals.
4. Personalised Support: Aspire Community Support works to ensure that the residential services provided are tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences, helping you in a supportive and inclusive setting.

1. Personalised Support: Supported Living services are customised based on the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. This may include assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
2. Flexible Assistance: The level and type of support can vary depending on each person's requirements. This flexibility allows individuals to receive the right amount of help, whether it's occasional support or more frequent assistance.
3. Goal-Oriented: Our approach focuses on helping individuals achieve their personal goals, which might include developing new skills, pursuing educational or vocational opportunities, or enhancing social connections.
4. Community Integration: Supported Living encourages and supports individuals in participating actively in their community. This can involve accessing local services, engaging in community activities, and building meaningful relationships.

      5. NASC Referral and Funding: To access Supported Living services, you will need a referral from              the NASC Disability Support Link.

       6. Empowerment and Independence: The goal of Supported Living is to empower individuals to               live as independently as possible while ensuring they have the support they need to succeed               and feel secure in their daily lives.

The Very High Needs Day Programme- offered by Aspire Community Support is specifically designed for individuals who have significant and complex support needs that require specialised, intensive care during the day. This program provides a structured environment where individuals receive the comprehensive support necessary to manage their daily activities and achieve their personal goals.

Here’s an overview of how the Very High Needs Day Programme works:

1.   Individualised Care Plans: Each participant receives a personalised care plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. This plan is developed in collaboration with the individual, their family, and relevant professionals to ensure it meets their specific requirements.

2.   Structured Daily Activities: The programme provides a structured schedule that includes various activities aimed at promoting skill development, social interaction, and personal growth. Activities are designed to be engaging and supportive, helping individuals to participate meaningfully and develop new skills.

3.   NASC Referral and Funding: Access to the Very High Needs Day Programme requires a referral from the NASC Disability Support Link. NASC assesses the individual's needs and confirms that this high level of support is appropriate. Funding for the programme is provided through the relevant channels to cover the costs of the intensive support services.
