Description
Te Temu Matehuka o Aotearoa, Diabetes Foundation Aotearoa, emphasises partnership with the community to achieve better health for present and for future generations. We run a range of health promotion and health education programmes aimed at diabetes and diabetes complication prevention. We have programme and resource design, production, delivery, evaluation skills and experience in our team.

We are a charitable trust providing education/health promotion related services. We do not provide health or emergency services, or hold medications, medical equipment or money onsite. Staff

Skills currently onsite include specialist nursing, dietetics, physical activity, diabetes and obesity prevention/management, VLCD, research and recruiting, advocacy, education, youth/adolescent, community engagement, capacity building, resource and programme design.
