Hospice Mid Canterbury

Community Health Service

Today

Description

Hospice Mid-Canterbury provides support for those with a life-limiting illness, their whānau and caregivers. All services are free and are available throughout the Mid Canterbury district between the Rakaia and Rangitata Rivers.

We do not provide clinical care, but complement existing services by providing support such as transport, companionship, sitting, recording life stories, counselling, massage, Reiki, reflexology and relaxation therapy.

Hospice Mid Canterbury is a registered Charitable Trust and an Associate Member of Hospice New Zealand.

Our goal is to provide a service that complements medical services and helps people to live every moment in whatever way is important to them.
