- Palliative care
Rainbow Place is free supportive service for children and young people with advanced or incurable life limiting conditions. Paediatric palliative care is different from adult palliative care, in that it does not always mean end-of-life is imminent. Just that the child has a serious medical condition for which there is no reasonable hope of cure and the journey toward end-of-life is being acknowledged. Hospice Waikato
