Description

Benita Tahuri specialises in Whitiwhiti Kōrero, (one on one advice, guidance, & healing sessions) using a traditional modality called Hine Ngangaro. As a kaupapa Māori service, Ihi Free to fly care is culturally grounded and woven with tikanga Māori, mātauranga Māori, te reo Māori, Māori healing methodologies.

Rongoā Māori is a traditional healing practice providing a holistic approach including, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Benita leads with the fundamental belief underpinning her practice that Rongoā seeks to identify and release the root cause of the disease, while simultaneously treating the current symptoms and discomfort.

Benita is passionate in working with those working through historic trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, phobias and other mindset barriers that hinder life. She helps you release recurring negative feelings and behaviours, based on outdated belief systems, and those with a mental wellness focus and intention.

Based in Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, Benita has some limited availability through Telehealth, Zoom sessions, and is also creating space to set up practice days in the Hawke's Bay.

Staff

Life time passionate educator, personal development specialist, mātauranga Māori educator, Benita has significant qualifications and certifications including Masters in Education, PG Teach Secondary, NLP & Eriksonian Hypnosis Therapy but there is no greater honour than sharing the intergenerational healing gifts from her ancestors as a Rongoā Practitioner.

Referral

To Access this service via ACC - you will need a current, accepted ACC Claim Number

- Ring ACC (best time 8am) to request Rongoā treatment from Ihi Free to fly

- Give them this Vendor no. VBJ539

- Request a full PO (purchase order) to be emailed to you, and us at benita@freetofly.co.nz

- Once PO is received we can book you in and you can share your desired healing & wellness outcomes, and begin your journey back to more of your best self.
