Description
Manawanui is the pioneer and leading facilitator of Self-Directed / Individualised Funding in New Zealand.
Individualised Funding (IF) is a payment mechanism for disability supports. Under IF, your allocated support hours are translated into an annual budget.
You choose how to spend your budget. You will need to develop a personal plan around what you want your life to look like and how you're going to achieve this. You are responsible for purchasing the support you need, employing staff, and all the responsibilities that go along with being an employer. Manawanui will support you along your journey, as a contracted IF Host Provider they are there to enable you to manage your own support.
