My Vaccination Documents - get in person
Our service can help you request and print the following documents:
- International Travel Vaccination Certificate
- Your vaccination record
Come into our Kawakawa Office and our receptionist will help with your Vaccine Pass - by either printing it off or emailing it to you.
If you can bring with you some I.D. and an email address that will help.
