We are a primary healthcare provider that offers a range of community health services to our Pasifika people in the Counties Manukau region. We aim to empower our whānau, enabling them to be confident and resourceful in their health and wellbeing. Our programmes cater to all members of the whānau from newborn to adult.

Our Navigating Pacific Wellness Service aims to support Pacific families to live healthy lives empowering them to make the best choices for their whanau. Programmes are specifically designed for the following age groups: newborns/pre-school, children, youth, adults and elderly. This is FREE to Pacific families in the Counties Manukau area identified by Southseas team as those who may benefit from this service. Click here for more information and referral form. Rheumatic Fever Education services are focussed on improving awareness, understanding and prevention of this disease among the Pacific community. Our staff are multi-lingual. Our Resilient Young People Service aims to increase levels of physical activity and improve nutrition in our youth. This is FREE to young people aged 5-25 years. Click here for more information.
