Description
Te Hā Oranga is a Ngāti Whātua organisation that provides health and wellbeing services to everyone within the Ngāti Whātua rohe.
Te Hā Oranga offers a range of health services underpinned by tikanga o Ngāti Whātua. We have clinics in Dargaville, Wellsford and Helensville offering mobile nursing services, focusing on the management of long term conditions in the community and Tamariki Ora. Click https://www.ngatiwhatua.iwi.nz/health/ for contact details.
Working alongside our nursing workforce, are whānau ora workers that support clients to access the health and social support services they require.
We also provide services that further enhance this care, including mental health community support, addiction counselling and support, smoking cessation support, transport and support for clients to access screening services (bowel and breast screening), home based support services, and health education and promotion services.
