Our Smoke-Free Practitioner provides free support to people who are wanting to stop smoking. The journey can be tough, so the service aims to make it as easy and fun as possible by understanding what will motivate you – whether it’s cultural, health and wellbeing, whānau or social. We will come to where you are – your workplace, church, marae, kura, sports club, university or home. We will work with you one-on-one or as a whānau. Our sessions will support you to decide what is going to best support your journey to live smoke-free.
