Asthma Nursing Support Service: Our registered nurse focuses on supporting and educating people so they can manage their asthma to maintain optimal health and wellbeing. This includes facilitating self-management plans with GPs, tailored to individual needs, and working alongside other services as appropriate.
We can provide education on what asthma is, medications, trigger identification and management, symptom monitoring, managing an asthma emergency, and healthy lifestyles. We can provide educational sessions at home, on the marae, preschools, workplaces, or any other locations as required.

Long-Term Conditions Nursing: This is an advanced nursing assessment and care planning service for all adults with lung disease, diabetes and/or heart disease. All clients receive assessment and care plans. We also provide health advice and follow-up care at the home, marae, workplace or clinic; health promotion and information to enable people to self-manage their health and assist with navigation of health services and ongoing monitoring of health parameters.

Cancer Support Nursing Service:
Our community Cancer Support Nurse provides education, support, and guidance to people awaiting diagnosis or have been diagnosed with cancer. Available to all ages and populations with a focus on assisting clients and their family/whānau to manage their education about a diagnosis, medication and any related procedures. We also work closely with clients' wider networks such as doctors, practice nurses, and other health professionals and can make referrals to other services and agencies as required.
