Description
Vaka Atafaga Pacific Nursing Service is a nurse-led service of experienced registered nurses who deliver home-based services to Pacific families and whānau in the Porirua, Kapiti Coast and Wellington regions.
We support you and your family to:
- manage your current health and wellbeing challenges
- access culturally appropriate health literacy and education
- access appropriate health services
- address child and youth challenges

Many of our services are free, however there may be some charges associated to some services.

We are closed during all public holidays and for two-weeks over the Christmas period. We will inform you of our closure over Christmas on our website closer to the time.

Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step you can take to protect yourself, your kaumātua and whānau from the effects of the virus.
