Description
Visionwest Home Healthcare is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing compassionate, in-home support that enables people to live independently and with dignity.
We offer support for
- older adults with age-related health needs
- children and adults living with a disability
- people recovering from injury
- those managing long-term chronic conditions
- carers in need of respite.
Our Support Workers are fully trained and are chosen for their caring approach, kindness, and compassion. They will visit you in your home, working with your whānau and our Care Coordinators to ensure your support needs are being met.
If you’re 65 or over and experiencing age-related health challenges, you may be eligible for funded In-Home Aged Care. If you’re not eligible or would like additional assistance, we also offer Private Care services.
Since 1991, Visionwest Home Healthcare been proudly delivering quality in-home care to communities across the North & West Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua and Taupō regions.

Fees and Charges Description
You may be eligible for funded in-home support if you are 65+ with age-related needs, live with a disability, have a chronic health condition, or are recovering from an injury. In-home Private Care options are also available.
