Description

Our focus is to support, engage and empower youth with disabilities through a range of resources, networks, opportunities and projects, aimed to support the young person’s transition journey, professional development, and overall Hauora. Our Team are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in walking alongside young people with disabilities, while encouraging and supporting them on their personal journey of building a meaningful life in which they are independent, fulfilled and thriving.

At YES, we work closely with other non-government organisations, government organisations and individuals to provide a wrap around service for individuals. Working alongside young people with disabilities, YES aims to remove the barriers that prevent access to an equitable New Zealand for all. 

YES is also the central access point for information, support and innovation for all people living with a disability, their families / whānau, support people, health professionals and organisations.
