Description

SHE (Support Heal Empower) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting families to live violence free.

We are here to provide confidential services that are tailored to your needs. Should you, or someone you know, need support, advice or general information you are welcome to make contact with one of our Advocates.

Our services include:

Crisis intervention
24-hour 7 days a week crisis line response is staffed 365 days per year.

Residential advocacy and support
Safe housing is short term emergency accommodation for women and children who are at serious risk or harm from family violence.

Community advocacy and support
Our team work with victims of Family Violence who choose to remain in their homes and communities

Whānau Protect
A home security and safety service for victims of family violence who are at high risk of repeat family violence that is likely to cause serious physical injury. people affected by family violence.

Counselling services
We offer free family violence counselling on-site (up to six sessions) for those who are already engaging as a client of our services

Education programmes
Including support groups, Ministry of Justice Programmes and Family Violence Educations Groups
