We offer confidential counselling and support for:
- Physical, emotional and psychological trauma as a result of sexual or family harm
- Trauma due to life-threatening events such as violence, illness or accidents
- Grief, loss, anxiety, depression, communication, coping strategies
- Mental health, self-esteem, self-harm
