We offer confidential counselling and support for:

  • Physical, emotional and psychological trauma as a result of sexual or family harm
  • Trauma due to life-threatening events such as violence, illness or accidents
  • Grief, loss, anxiety, depression, communication, coping strategies
  • Mental health, self-esteem, self-harm
