We provide crisis response for survivors of sexual harm, family harm and other trauma, as well as counselling recovery and support services for those affected by sexual or family harm, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and other issues causing distress.

Description:

We provide the following services:

Immediate help - 24/7 free and confidential crisis response for anyone affected by sexual assault and harm. 

Medical and Forensic support -  we support and advocate for survivors of abuse while they give their statement to the police and go through a medical examination. Our team are also available to support survivors during recorded interviews. If you choose not to involve the police we can still support you through a medical examination.

Counselling - therapy and support for children, young people, adults and their families/whānau suffering effects of sexual and family violence, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and other issues commonly causing distress.  We are also registered for any EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) - For more information on counselling see here

Court support - free and confidential support for those going through the justice process, during and after trial.

Social work support- our social work team provides advocacy, support and resources.

We are a registered ACC Sensitive Claims organisation and services are FREE.

Fees and Charges Description

Each case is assessed to ensure counselling is affordable for everyone.

ACC Sensitive Claim (sexual abuse) is free.

EAP Counselling is free.

Hours

Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Crisis Response Service is available 24 hours, 7 days per week, including public holidays.

Office is closed public holidays. 

Public Holidays: Closed Auckland Anniversary (27 Jan), Waitangi Day (6 Feb), Good Friday (18 Apr), Easter Sunday (20 Apr), Easter Monday (21 Apr), ANZAC Day (25 Apr), King's Birthday (2 Jun), Matariki (20 Jun), Labour Day (27 Oct).
Christmas: Open 23 Dec. Closed 24 Dec — 5 Jan. Open 6 Jan — 10 Jan.
