Description:

Family Action specialises in providing free and confidential support for survivors of sexual harm and family harm in West Auckland.

Family Harm Crisis support: We provide support to women, and youth who have experienced family harm, including safety planning, advocacy, support with Police and further referrral options. We also provide refuge for women and their children. 

Sexual Harm Crisis Support: We provide immediate assistance following sexual assault whether it has happened recently or in the past. We offer counselling, information, support with Police interventions, medical consultation and further referral options.

Counselling: For women, family, youth and children affected by sexual and family violence and trauma.

ACC Sensitive Claims supplier.

FREE services:  Sexual Harm Crisis Response, ACC Sensitive Claims counselling, Ministry of Justice Safety Programmes and Outreach service.  There may be a charge for other services, but these are negotiable.

Family Action Family Harm team supports people who are experiencing family violence. Family Action provides a caring and confidential place where you can talk about issues in your relationship and the violence or abuse that you are experiencing or have experienced. No appointment is needed.
